Article 3: Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationships between the seller and the buyer as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the seller's website, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good through this site implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable terms will be those in effect on the date of the buyer's order.
Article 4: Characteristics of the goods offered
The products offered for sale are those listed in the catalogue published on the seller's website.
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered in terms of colours.
These products are offered for sale within the limits of available stock. If, despite its efforts, all or part of the items are unavailable, the seller will inform the buyer by email as soon as possible and offer them the option to choose between waiting or cancelling the order for the unavailable items at no cost. The available items will be delivered as normal.
Article 5: Prices
The prices of the products displayed on the site are indicated in euros, including VAT.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to the order are those in effect at the time of its confirmation.
The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs as long as they take place in the geographical areas specified below.
Article 6: Geographical areas
The online sale of the products presented on the seller's website is reserved for buyers residing in Belgium, France, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, or the Netherlands and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Article 7: Conditions of Use and Orders
The buyer wishing to purchase a product must necessarily:
- be a legal adult and capable individual;

- fill in the online order form by providing all the references of the chosen products;
- validate their order after checking it;
- make the payment under the specified conditions;
- confirm their order and payment.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them, and waiver of any claim to apply their own purchasing conditions or other conditions.
All provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will constitute a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will communicate the confirmation of the recorded order by email.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that they are withdrawing from their purchase, without penalty and without stating a reason, within 14 working days from the day after the delivery of the product.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to professional buyers.
Within this period, the consumer must notify their intention to withdraw by email and return, at their own expense and risk, the delivered product to the administrative headquarters of LiLys Editions AS.B.L.: Avenue de Philippeville, 174 – 6001 Marcinelle (Charleroi).
Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by the original invoice/delivery note.
Returned products must not have been unpacked, unsealed, or used in any way.
Goods that are damaged, spoiled, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Within 30 days, after acceptance of the return of the goods, the seller commits to refunding the payment made, excluding shipping costs.
Article 9: Payment Terms
Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card, Visa or Mastercard.
The ordered items remain the exclusive property of the seller until full payment of the order by the buyer.
Article 10: Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
The goods are transported at the seller's risk until they are delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer. From that moment on, the buyer assumes all risks.
Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
For orders outside Belgium, shipments are made at the end of the week.
Article 11: Warranty
The seller guarantees the products until delivery to the address provided by the buyer.
In the event of non-compliance of a sold product noted at the time of delivery, the consumer must notify the seller as soon as possible in a precise manner by registered letter or electronic messaging.
This guarantee does not cover defects or damage due to improper use, such as water damage, oxidation, falling or impact, negligence, and wear.
The invoice or delivery note serves as a guarantee and must be kept by the consumer and presented in original form.
Article 12: Liability
The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; their liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, phishing attempts, diversion or theft of information, or any event classified as force majeure – or related to a failure, incorrect configuration, or inadequacy of the Client's computer equipment, which does not meet the minimum required configuration.

The user also authorises the seller to use this data to establish statistics in order to improve their site and the goods they offer.
This information may also be used to allow the dissemination, by any means of communication, of information relating to the seller's commercial activities to their clientele.
The seller finally retains personal data to facilitate future orders.
The seller commits, furthermore, not to disclose the information they hold to another company or business.
The data retained by the seller can be requested and corrected at any time upon simple request.
